  • African Peanut soup - Preparation step 1Chop the onion, the garlic cloves and the fresh ginger. Remove the whites from the Swiss chards and cut them into strips.
  • African Peanut soup - Preparation step 2The broth :
    Put the water and the stock cube in a pot. Add the onion, garlic, salt and ginger and cook on medium heat for 20 minutes.
  • African Peanut soup - Preparation step 3Blend the peanuts to make a peanut butter and mix it with tomato paste. Add a ladle of broth and mix well. Add this paste to the broth and stir.
  • African Peanut soup - Preparation step 4Add the second part of water and mix well. Then, add the Swiss chards and the sriracha sauce and mix well. Cook 15 min at low - medium heat and stir once in a while.
  • African Peanut soup - Preparation step 5Your African Peanut soup is ready ! This soup is verry thick so you can also eat it with some rice ;-) Sprinkle some peanuts on top and there you are !
