Cora's just opened up in Bow Valley Square and my co-worker and I thought we would check it out.. I've been wanting to try the asparagus and Swiss cheese eggs benedict for quite a while.. I am SO glad I did.. This was the best eggs benedict I have ever had- bar none. We got there at 11:00 am and there was not line up but by the time we left it was lined up around the corner- it's going to be a big hot spot I'm thinking. YUMMMM!
