Bhindi Fry/Okra Fry/Bendakaya fry/Vendakkai Fry/Ladiesfinger fry
![]() Ingredients: 250 gms Bhindi/Okra 3 Garlic Cloves(peeled) 2-3 tsp Red Chili Powder Salt to taste 4-5 tbsp Cooking Oil(or as desired) Method: Wash the Okra's and make two long slits in each okra with a knife(do not cut them in to pieces). Take the peeled Garlic Cloves,Salt,Red Chili Powder,crush them together and keep it aside. Now heat the Oil in a Non-Stick Pan or Kadai. Add the slitted Okra's,Crushed Masala and mix well and close the lid. In low-medium flame cook the Okra's for 5-7 min's. Then take off the lid and fry till brown and tender.
Fry them for some more time if you wish to have crispy Okra's. Serve it with Dal/Sambar Rice. related searches : Bhindi
