Bike riding and a new name

By skinny "fatkids" (Visit website)

So today was interesting. We went for a 14 mile mountain bike ride this morning on a trail a friend of mine suggested. It was much easier for me and less rocky so I liked it a lot better than the other ones we have done so far. That being said, I realized (and have probably always known) that my body is not built for endurance. At all. I cannot run long distances, and I do not enjoy it, and today I realized it is really hard for me to bike long(ish) distances too. Also, I lost my phone somewhere on the trail so that is awesome. I am hoping all my karma from turning other people's phones in will come back to me and it will be turned in over the next few days.

When we got back I was starving and made us some omelets. I made mine with 1 whole egg and 5 additional whites and John's with 7 whites. Add in some onion, spinach and tomato (on the side for me) and it's a nice little recharge for the body.

On a completely different note, I am thinking about moving over to wordpress and there are a lot of other blogs with the "skinny fatkid" in the domain name so I think I need to change the name. Also, it was something I literally came up with in 2 minutes just to have a title.

Talking to some of my friends these are some ideas that were thrown out:

"fit foodies"
"healthy body, happy life"
"healthy fatkids"
"foodies love fitness"

I'm not sure how I feel about any of them but I do want it to have to do with fitness, food, health, life, etc.

Some of my favorite other blogs are Carrots 'N Cake and The Edible Perspective.

Any input is much appreciated!! :)
