Bing Su


By What I Had For Dinner Tonight (Visit website)



Yeah, I admit it. I am obsessed with Korean food. It’s just so…delicious!


Tonight I had leftovers from yesterday and now for dessert I’m eating pot bing su. (The “pot” part means it’s bing su with sweet red beans. The “bing su” part means, um…crushed ice with things on it.)


Here’s a before-and-after-mixing set:

Yes it’s a gigantic bowl, but there are over 2 cups of crushed ice in the bottom.


Oh, in other news, I found a purpose for Weetabix. ;-)
