Bison and OIAJ

Last night's dinner was so delicious! We had bison burgers on ezekial rolls topped with a bit of shredded mozzarella. John put pizza sauce on his, but I wanted ketchup instead.
To go with the burgers we had sweet potato and regular fries mixed.
Plus pickled beets.
And pickles.
We finished with dessert of Dairy Queen. And after that I was stuffed.

This morning, it's chilly outside again- I love it! I'm having a big cup of coffee and studying. I had OIAJ for breakfast. Best breakfast on a chilly morning.
Tonight we celebrate our anniversary with a special dinner out- stay tuned!
