Black Forest Cheese Cake
250 gm Chocolate Biscuit (Crushed)
100 gm Butter 1 tsp Cinnamon powder Ingredients for Filling 2 tbsp Gelatin powder 1 Bottle Cheese Cream 250 gm Fresh Cream 1 tsp Lemon Rind 1 tsp Lemon juice 1 cup Cherry 250 gm Fresh Dairy Cream 1 Egg white 1 cup Sugar Ingredients for Sauce 1 cup Cherry Juice4 tbsp Lemon juice 1 tsp Gelatin powder 1 tbsp Sugar Directions Method for Base,Melt 100 gm butter; add 1 tsp cinnamon powder and 250 gm crushed Chocolate Biscuits. Mix well using your hand. Make a layer of this mixture in mould. Freeze till firm.Method for FillingDissolve 2 tbsp gelatin powder in a little water. Put some ice in a bowl, put another bowl on top of ice, in this bowl, put 1 bottle cheese cream, 250 gm fresh cream, gelatin mixture and beat well using a beater. Add in 1 cup chopped cherries, 1 tsp lemon rind and 1 tsp lemon juice. Beat 1 egg white separately and fold into the cream mixture. pour this mixture on biscuit base and freeze for more 1 hour. Method for sauce,In a pan put 1 cup cheery juice, 4 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tsp gelatin powder and 1 tbsp sugar. Cook for 1 minute and then leave it to cool. Pour the sauce on cake and freeze till firm.
