The amazingly vibrant Hong Kong. This posterized image of Hong Kong Island features the Bank of China Tower made by the geometry-loving, and one of my personal favorite architects, I. M. Pei. This was taken before the Symphony of Lights played and it was just a brilliant spectacle. As with several highly developed cities, there is the juxtaposition of the old and new worlds in Hong Kong and that was just great to see in Asia. Our Hong Kong trip in 2008 was our first international trip with the whole family, which at that time did not include Chef yet. Having said that, another trip to Hong Kong is due then. :)
