Boudin Balls
![]() When a friend traveled through Louisiana and brought me back some boudin, i was hooked.Here's a delicious recipe that is great for an appetizer. I serve with spicy brown mustard. 1 pound boudin salt to taste pepper to taste 1 or 2 eggs, beaten slightly Seasoned bread crumbs Cooking oil(olive oil) Remove boudin from casing and add 1 to 2 beaten eggs, Mix .Add salt and pepper to taste. Roll into medium size balls and into bread crumbs. Deep fry in oil until golden brown. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce. related searches : Boudin
