Bread History
Bakery in Malaysia is different from the ones in England. We don?t have baguettes or pasties here in a regular bakery shop. Don?t be surprised if you don?t find any sandwiches either! So what?s the bakery like in Malaysia??
They do all sorts of savoury buns, for example, instead of tuna sandwich, you might find tuna buns
Others include buns with a variety of fillings, e.g. sardine, red bean, custard, sausages, or cheese sticks, garlic bread, and also pizza bread. The spicy chicken floss bread is probably my favourite of all, however I must say this, when I was younger, I must have the sausage bun every week or the sardine buns. They were great. I think the chicken floss bread is their best seller though.
