I like eating cereals for breakfast. One morning I tried this corn flakes, food stuff prepared from the starchy grains of cereal grasses. It is crispy and delicious when I added with fresh milk. This is one good source of fiber from the cereal and vitamins from milk. My other siblings also joined me with this hearty breakfast cereal.
