Brownie

Para los Fanaticos del chocolate como yo: aqui les va una choco receta!!!!





Ingredientes


1 taza harina
1 barra de mantequilla
2 huevos
1/2 tasa de cocoa en polvo
1 tasa de azúcar
1 cucharadita de vainilla
1 cucharadita de polvo de hornear


Preparacion


En una olla derrita la margarina con la cocoa, hasta que la primera esté totalmente derretida y no se presenten grumos .Bata los huevos con el azúcar hasta que esté completamente disuelta. Mezcle la mantequilla y la cocoa con los huevos y continúe batiendo, luego agregue la harina cernida y la cucharadita de vainilla.Vacíe la mezcla en un molde previamente engrasado. Coloque en el horno precalentado a 350° C por 20 minutos.

Nota: Puede optar por agregar nueces o almendras si desea.
