Brussel Sprouts rice
It once occured to me that I could as well cook the same way as I do with cabbages. And, then it was an instant hit with my hubby & me. I am sure, this dish will never dissapoint anyone! Ingredients:
Brussels sprouts - 1 poundTomato - 1Cooked long grain rice - 1 cupOil - 1 tspSpices - 1 tsp of chilli powder, 1 tsp of coriander powder and 1 tsp of cumin powderFor tempuring - mustard seeds, turmeric Procedure: Prepare 'tadka' in a sauce pan by adding mustard seeds and turmeric in a tsp of oil.Add chopped tomato and saute for a minute.Add chopped brussel sprouts and mix well. Sprinkle few drops of water and cook well until tender.Add the spices and salt and cook for 2 minutes.Finally add the cooked rice, mix well and serve.related searches : Brussel Sprouts
