Burning

By Clean Eating and Me (Visit website)

The good news is that John fixed our microwave this afternoon. Here's what was wrong.
Look at how the socket was burning. Our entire building could have burned down not to mention our condo. We are both relieved and nervous now. What if this happens again? Our circuit breaker didn't even trip. John replaced the socket and it seems to be working well now. I'm still nervous, but I'm a worrier like that.

On to eats now. For dinner, we had Sweet and Sour Chicken that I had first made a few weeks ago. It was still very delicious and satisfying.
There is brown rice under the chicken, peppers, and fruit. I made it in my rice cooker. We really love how it cooks brown rice until it's so soft that it's just like white rice. I think it's my favorite kitchen appliance second only to my toaster oven.
