O Cabo de Hornos é um produto da Viña San Pedro, fundada em 1865 e localizada a 250 km ao Sul de Santiago no Chile.  Recentemente, San Pedro uniu-se a Vina Tarapacá, tornando-se a terceira maior avícola do Chile. Cabo de Hornos empresta seu nome do Cabo no extremo sul das Américas, um vinho montado com 97% Cabernet Sauvignon e 3% Syrah. Estagiou por 18 meses em barricas de Carvalho francês. A safra 2006 pegou 91 pontos pela WS e a 2005 não foi avaliada. Um vinho perfumado, com toques de baunilha e fruta madura, encorpado, com taninos frescos e bem integrados e um final longo e com toques de carvalho tostado.
