Belgium chocolate cake with rich chocolate ganache, decorated with chocolate straws & cigrattes.So how much chocolate can u eat??????? This is for ultimate chocolate fans...... Chocolate cake with dark chocolate ganache........ really sinful. This rich dark chocolate cake is just a mouthful with ganache to die for. The cake is decorated with chocolate modelling paste. Fondant chocolate box---this heart shaped box is made of sugar paste with royal icing delicate laces, which i made painstakingly. Roses are modelling paste with royal icing leaves.I was very happy with the outcome, it looked awesome & i still have it packed in cling wrap though some of the laces are resting in peace. Coffee Mousse Cake..... coffee mousse sandwiched between almond sponge and coffee glazed with fresh cream & chocolate garnishes. An ultimate mousse cake, to indulge. Savarins & Rum Babas..... baked to perfection & soaked in syrupy blend of rum, sugar, orange & lemon juice & spices. TRIO MOUSSE--- white, milk & dark chocolate mousses with raspberry coulis, orange segments and tuille. ' The Kiss Of Moon'..... sugar centre peice, made in school. The whole peice is made up of cast sugar and then set into metal moulds made by us. Chocolate centre peice again made in school, the theme was -- THE DOWNFALL OF STARDOM. I tried to put the fact that though one grows up in his/her career as a celebrity but is always alone within. The whole peice is made up of white & milk chocolate except the mask, it is dark chocolate. I tried to decorate it with pink cachous, edible gold paint and sum glitter ribbons.related searches : Cakes
