Method
Marinate ½ kg Boneless chicken with 1 tsp All spice powder, ½ tsp White pepper powder, ½ tsp Salt, ½ cup Fresh cream, 2 tsp Red chili powder, 2 tsp Ginger garlic paste, 2 tbsp Tomato ketchup, 2 tbsp Lemon juice and 2 tbsp Yogurt. Leave it for 30 minutes, thread in shashlik sticks and bake with 2 tbsp Oil in a preheated oven of 190 degrees for ½ hour. Caramelized baked chicken is ready to serve.
