Recently a friend emailed me on facebook asking if my GFCF recipes were also low-carb recipes. She is having to follow a low-fat, low-carb dietary regimen due to being diagnosed with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS). Having to follow my own strict GFCF, low-fat diet and having endometriosis, I can totally commiserate with a weird disease and weird dietary restrictions. Some background info:
