Cendol and Pulut

By Food and Places (Visit website)

I was driving along the Glenmarie area when I spotted this stall under the trees. If you take the Subang airport road from the Federal Highway, take a turn to the left to Glenmarie. Not too far from the first set of traffic lights, you will see this stall.
I love cendol and always looking out for good places to have it so I stopped by at this stall which is a mobile van. The board on his van says 'Cendol, Pulut dan Laksa Utara'. I was amazed by the size of his pot of laksa gravy which was slightly thick with lots of shredded fish unlike many other stalls whose gravy is very diluted.
As I was heading home for some home-cooked lunch prepared by my wife, I just ordered the cendol with pulut. The palm sugar was thick and when added with the cendol and santan, it really tasted good. Meanwhile, many other cars stopped by and people gathered to order take-away laksa. Wow! This stall must be well known among the folks.
I took a few snaps of this stall and the owner told me that he operates here from Monday till Thursday and moves over to the Tesco Extra area during the weekends. Looks like he has found a faithful customer in me as I intend to head there to have another bowl of cendol or perhaps have laksa too.
