Chandi Ka Shahi Murg ( Mughlai Cuisine ) Ingredients 500 g boneless chicken 200 g cashew nuts 200 ml milk 50 g flour 50 g white pepper 20 g garlic Green cardamom powder for flavoring 1 sheet edible silver foil Salt to taste 100 ml oil 1 tablespoon chopped fresh coriander leaves 25 g grated cheese ( optional ) Method Cut chicken into cubes and fry in oil and keep aside. Make a batter of the flour, salt, pepper and milk. Heat oil in a pan, add garlic and fry till golden brown. Add the batter and cook . Add ground cashew nuts and cook till the gravy leaves the oil. Adjust the seasoning and put fried chicken in it and cook for a few seconds. Add a little green cardamom powder for flavor. Garnish with edible silver foil, coriander leaves/ grated cheese. Serve with parathas / Naan.
