this cheese is soft chevre*  spread 
similar to cream cheese 
made in Texas 
with flecks of  jalapenos

YUM!

(*- chevre is cheese made from goat's milk)

You can find this cheese at Whole Foods and Central Market (yet another plug for one of my fav-O-rite stores)
