Chicken Cheese Broccoli Pasta
On my way home from the city last week I bought a BBQ chicken thinking it would suffice for a quick dinner. Realising it was only about the size of a parrot, I looked in the pantry to see how I could expand it to feed a large family. Here's what I came up with. Ingredients: 2 quantities of cheese sauce. For recipe click here 2 tbsp wholegrain mustard 2 cups broccoli florets 30g sun dried tomatoes, chopped 300g spiral pasta 1 takeaway BBQ chicken Method: Shred meat off chickenSoften broccoli in microwaveCook pasta Prepare sauce and add mustard into sauce as it is thickeningGently mix above ingredients together with sun dried tomatoes and put into a large rectangle casseroleSprinkle cheese of your choice on top and bake until heated through and cheese starts to brown related searches : Chicken
