Chicken Gravy
Ingredients: Chicken - 1/2 kg Onion - 2 no (chopped) Tomato - 2 no (chopped) Bay Leaf - 1 no Cloves - 3 nos Cinnamon stick - 1 no Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp Chilly powder - 1 tsp Coriander powder - 1 tsp Garam masala - 1 tsp Salt to taste Curry leaves Method: 1) Heat oil in pan, add curry leaves, cinnamon stick, cloves, bay leaves. Saute for a minute. 2) Add the chopped onions, saute till it becomes soft. Now add turmeric powder, chilly powder, coriander powder, garam masala, stir well. 3) Add chopped tomatoes and saute till it becomes soft. Now add the chicken pieces, little water and salt, stir once, simmer and close it with a lid. 4) Keep stirring at regular intervals till the gravy appears thick. Serve hot. related searches : Chicken
