Chicken Liver Fry

The liver contains the highest concentration of vitamins, minerals, iron and protein.

Minutes ?Cooking Time: 15 Minutes
?Servings: 2 - 3

You will need

6-7 chicken livers, diced?
1 onion diced?
1 garlic clove, minced
?2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
?1 teaspoon tomato ketchup/sauce
?1 teaspoon soy sauce
?1 teaspoon oil

Method

Stir-fry garlic and onion in oil on low heat till soft. Add liver.

Add Worcestershire, soy, tomato sauces and stir-fry for 5-7 min.

Add a little water and a dash of chilli powder if you like it spicy.??

Season with salt and pepper.

Serve with high-fibre multi grain bread or rotis as a side dish.
