Chicken Popcorn
2 boneless and skinless chicken breast1 Tsp salt1 Tsp black pepper½ Tsp mustard powder½ Tsp sugar powder2 Tbsp oyster sauce
Ingredients For batter 1 Tsp salt6Tbsp flour (Maida)1 Tbsp cornflour1 Tsp baking soda6 Tbsp milkIngredients For coating ½ cup flour (Maida)1 cup breadcrumbsDirections Place the chicken piece on a cutting board and pound it with the smooth side of the meat hammer to a uniform thickness of about quarter of an inch. Cut it into 24 to 25 even sized pieces.Marinate the chicken pieces with: oyster sauce ,salt, black pepper and mustard . Let it marinate for 1/2 hour and set it aside. .Now dip the chicken piece into the prepared batter and then coat it completely by turning it on both sides in the flour + bread crumbs mixture. After you are done with all of the chicken pieces dip a second time into the batter mixture and followed by the bread crumbs plus flour mix and then deep fry until cooked.
