Chings secret Vegetable Schezwan noodles

Ching?s secret Vegetable Schezwan Noodles

Serves: 4??

Ingredients

1 packet Ching's Secret Vegetable Hakka Noodles
10 French beans, sliced
½ cup carrot, sliced
2 capsicums, sliced
1 tablespoon oil
2 - 4 tablespoon Ching's Secret Schezwan Sauce
Salt to taste

Method

Cook the noodles as per instructions.

Heat oil in a wok ( kadai/frying pan) on a high flame.

Add vegetables and stir-fry.

Add Ching's Secret Schezwan Sauce, noodles and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.

Add salt. Garnish with chopped spring onions ( optional ) and serve hot with Veg Manchurian.
