Choco Cashew Cookies
Ingredients: Kelloggs Chocos - 1/2 cup Cashew nut - 1/2 cup All purpose flour - 1 cup Baking powder - 1/4 tsp Egg - 1 no ( well - beaten) Ghee (or) Butter - 1/2 cup Castor sugar - 1 cup Method: 1) Grind the chocos and cashew together roughly. Keep aside. 2) Shift the flour, sugar, baking powder together and mix well. Mix the well beaten egg and ghee to it and blend well till it becomes a thick dough. 3) Now put the grinded chocos and cashew to it and again mix well. Grease the baking plate with ghee. Make small balls, flatten on top and place it on the plate. 4) Preheat the oven at 220 degree. Place the plate inside and bake the cookies for 12-15 minutes.
