Chocolate Chip Pancake Recipe
Photo Credit : ohdearbarb Chocolate Chip Pancake Recipe (makes 6) Ingredients 2 cups (250g) all-purpose flour Method 1. In a large bowl mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. 2. In a separate bowl combine the eggs, oil and milk, then add to the dry ingredients and mix well. Gradually stir in the chocolate chips. 3. Lightly grease either a hot griddle or hot frying pan. 4. Pour the pancake batter mix by 1/4 cupfuls onto the griddle / frying pan. When the pancake starts to form bubbles on top turn over and cook the other side until golden brown. 5.
