CHOCOLATE CHIPS COOKIES RECIPES

Guess I am so into baking cookies this week. The next cookies recipe is the chocolate chips cookies. This time round I had bought Hersely Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips as my ingredients. A packet of 340 grams (2 cups) of Hersely chocolate chips cost $4.90. Although it is quite expensive, but the chocolate chips really taste great with the cookies. I had use normal kind of chocolate chips before but the taste is not as nice as this. The recipes are as below:

INGREDIENTS

150 grams all purpose flour

0.5 tsp of bicarbonate of soda

0.5 tsp of salt

50 grams of brown sugar

50 grams of white sugar

113 grams of unsalted butter (at room temperature)

1 egg

0.5 tsp vanilla extract

110 grams of Hersely Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips ( You can add more depend on your own preference)

METHOD

Using the wooden spoon, mix the butter and sugar together (Bowl A).

Mix the egg and the vanilla extract into the Bowl A

In another bowl mix the flour, bicarbonate of soda and salt. Use a whisk to mix it (Bowl B).

Add in 1/3 of the flour each time to Bowl A and fold the flour.

Lastly fold in the Hersely Chocolate Chips into Bowl A and the dough is ready to be bake!

Preheat the oven at 190 Degree Celsius

Bake the cookies at 190 Degree Celsius for about 16 minutes.

Baking cookies is so easy and fun! You can throw in ingredients that you love. I shall experiment more if i have the time. I am also happy to see people enjoying the cookies that i have bake! As one saying goes, Chocolate can cheer a person up! Comfort food!
