1 Place the red wine in a large pan with the sugar, orange halves, lemon peel, cinnamon stick and grated nutmeg. Heat gently until the sugar has dissolved.
2 If you prefer the wine to be a little more sweeter just add a little more sugar.
3 Turn off the heat, and strain the mulled wine into glasses and serve at once. Enjoy and relax.
