Just to let you all know that me and the rest of the gang are off to the Belladrum festival in Inverness tomorrow for three days of music, dance and fun in the Camper Van.
I have been in the midst of a cooking and baking FRENZY these past couple of days to ensure that we have lots of delicious nutritious sustenance to see us through the weekend and if you come back on Monday you'll be able to see exactly what we feasted on. You'll be able to see:
The amazing wholewheat pretzels from Papa Tofu.The delicious baked donuts from Frugal Veggie Mama - and filled with strawberry jam for a fruity bonus!Sosmix rolls - mmmm.... !The tastiest pasta salad in the whole of Bathgate - oh yes!
