INGREDIENTS:Butter 15 gr Stone fruits (no stone) 750gr Peaches, cherries, plums, 02 each Eggs 3nos Sugar 3 tblsp Flour 3 tblsp Salt 1 tsp Vanilla sugar 1 tsp Milk, warm 600ml PRPERATION: Butter ovenproof dish, Cover dish with a single layer of fruits, Blend eggs with sugar until pale Add flour, Salt, Vanilla, Warm milk until smooth and Pour over fruits.
