Classy Girls? ?Pizza and a Movie? Night

When the Meg-ster sent me the facebook message: ?Classy Girls Night? Boxed Wine and Take Out?? I was ALL over it!

Around the same time I was offered some Pizza Crust to avoid having to cook in my hot ass kitchen so i seized the opportunity to have a homemade pizza night with a good movie and some good wine.

And def a good time to try something new?. i have never tried Boboli already made pizza crust? and lets be honest, me and homemade dough arent the best of friends. And if you havent already seen what I have done to fresh dough, lets not even go there.. lets wipe the slate clean, right?

i figured Meg and I would have different preferences of pizza toppings. she likes hers with lots of fresh basil and i wanted peppers on mine. So i made one for each of us?and opted to freeze the rest.

I cooked the pizzas directly on my oven rack to maximize the crispness of the crust. SOGGY CRUSTS GO HOME!  The end result was two yummy pizzas.

Megs and I barely made a dent? we were too busy watching ZombieLand and drinking the most amazing Sauvignon Blanc from New Zealand Oyster Bay.

Loved the movie. Loved the girl talk. Loved the wine. And loved the idea of homemade pizza!
