Computer support
The most valuable and important tool in a pharmacy is the computer. Without it, we can?t access patient?s records, can?t print labels, can?t do prescriptions, can?t do any orderings, can?t check emails, basically you can?t run the shop if the computer crashes. And yet, when it does crash, we ring up the IT team, very often they take at least half a day to fix the problem, sometimes even longer when they need to send an IT engineer over. So if you are unlucky and stuck in a store with only 1 computer, you are busted. I wonder which IT company our company uses. There are so many computer support teams and agencies out there, I am sure there must be one that is more reliable and efficient than the ones we already have. I heard that IT Support London is a big and established company that offers many IT services at a very reasonable rate, and have received positive feedback. Perhaps our company should be using them instead? If I do run my own company next time, I will make sure I have a computer support team on standby so they can fix the problems immediately, if not immediately, at least in an acceptable time frame, as the saying goes time is gold, the faster you get the computer working, the company?s loss would be less as well. related searches : Computer
