  • Condensed milk croissants - Preparation step 1In a bowl, put the flour, the crumbled yeast and the condensed milk. Start to knead at low speed, and pour the milk.
  • Condensed milk croissants - Preparation step 2Once the dough is formed, add the softened butter, and knead at medium speed for 10 minutes. Then, leave it to rest for 2 hours at room temperature.
  • Condensed milk croissants - Preparation step 3Roll out the dough to form a rectangle.
  • Condensed milk croissants - Preparation step 4Cut it in half in its lenght, and cut triangles in it. Roll each triangle into a croissant, starting by the base to the edge of the triangle.
  • Condensed milk croissants - Preparation step 5Put them on a baking tray, and leave them to swell for 1 hour at room temperature.
  • Condensed milk croissants - Preparation step 6Bake them 12 minutes at 350°F (180°C).

Needs salt, its a basic ingredient that is always required when baking dough
