Cookbook of the Month Recipe - Cheddar-Studded Chili Turkey Burgers with Cilantro Cream

My last Cookbook of the Month recipe for May is another burger recipe, this time a turkey burger.  This burger gets all kinds of good stuff mixed in with the ground turkey, such as cheddar cheese, red onion, chili powder, cumin, jalapeno pepper and chopped garlic.  How could it not be good!?  The chili powder and jalapeno add the perfect amount of heat to this juicy burger.  We really enjoyed
