Cooking with children

Baking sweets and decorating desserts has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember.
From a young age I remember spending many happy days helping Mum with her latest creations.
Now that I have my own children, as soon as they were big enough to help they were playing with me in the kitchen. I must admit I have done more cooking with my daughter though. So, tomorrow I am going to get my son Dominic to show you how to make a sponge.
