Crunchy Flat Horlicks Cookies (Eggless)
Ingredients: All purpose flour - 1 cup Baking powder - 1/4 tsp Horlicks - 2 (or) 3 tsp Ghee - 1/2 cup Milk - 2 tsp Castor sugar - 1/4 cup Method: 1) Mix all the ingredients together and make it a smooth dough. 2) Grease the crusty plate with ghee and preheat the oven with the baking plate @250 degree. 3) Make small balls, pat it in your palm, make it flat, place it in the baking plate and bake it @ 200 degree for 12 minutes.
