Baking powder: 1/4 teaspoons
Horlicks : 2 (or) 3 teaspoons
Castor sugar : 1/4 cup

Mix all the ingredients together and make it a smooth dough.
Grease the crusty plate with ghee and preheat the oven with the baking plate 250 degree.
Make small balls, pat it in your palm, make it flat, place it in the baking plate and bake it @ 200 degree for 12 minutes.
Allow the cookies to cool for sometime and serve.
