Cupcakes & chocolate cake with strawberry filling

Did chocolate cupcake with butter cream deco for my sister's (Kogi) birthday( 21st July 2009). she wants to give it to her friend..usually she will give chocolates, sweet, etc on her birthday...so this time she wants to give something different.....i use gum drops for the balloons...

I did this one to cut at home...she requested for a chocolate cake with strawbery filling....i use whipped cream to cover the cake and also for deco...
