Curry Leaves Chutney Powder
Ingredients Curry leaves, loosely packed – 2 cups Grated Coconut – 1 cup Garlic – 2 Shallots – 5 Ginger – 1 small piece Dry chilly – 12 Tamarind – a small lemon sized Salt Method Dry roast all the ingredients except salt and tamarind, until the colour of the coconut turns brownish. Don’t let them get burnt. Allow it to cool down. Dry grind the roasted mix along with tamarind and salt in a mixer. Transfer it to a bowl and mix well.
