Dahi Paneer Tikki
![]() Dahi Paneer Tikki Serves 4 Ingredients 200 g cottage cheese ? 60 g hung yoghurt 5 g chopped coriander 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder 5 g ?chopped ginger ?2 green chillies ?, finely chopped 10 g mace powder ? 1/2 cup cornflour ?Oil, for shallow frying ?Salt to taste Method Grate cottage cheese and mix it well with yoghurt. Mix in the remaining ingredients, except cornflour and oil. Divide the mixture into small portions and make patties. Dust with cornflour and shallow-fry till golden brown on both sides.
