Deep Fried Cookie with Honey

Over the holidays I was lucky enough to receive a box of these very yummy deep fried cookies.  I first saw them in a shop window (the store was closed) and stared/drooled at them for about 10 minutes.  Then a few days later some friends came by bearing gifts, and the gift was these round rolls things.  The good news about these rolls is they taste exactly as you might imagine.  Crunchy deep fried dough covered in sweet honey and nuts.  They are truly spectacular.
