Ingredients:
Almond / Badam Milk
Almonds are considered to be the King of Nuts. Almonds are a rich source of Vitamin E. They are also rich in monounsaturated fat, responsible for lowering the LDL cholestrol.
For this Milk you need
1/2 cup of Almonds
Sugar as needed
1/2 tsp of Kesari powder (optional)
A pinch of cardammom
1 cup of milk

Preparation:
Soak the almonds in hot water for 30 mins and peel the skin.Now Grind the almonds with water to make a smooth paste.
Pour milk into a pan and bring it to boil.
Now add the paste,sugar ,kesari powder and cardammom simmer it, until the raw smell of the paste goes off.
Serve it hot or cold.
For kids instead of sugar we can mix honey to make it a "Healthy Drink "
