Recipe type: Dessert

Number of serving: 8

Preparation time: 15 Minute(s)

Cook time: 0 Minute(s)

Difficulty: Very Easy

Ingredients:

heavy cream 2 cups
scotch 1 cup: must be a fine sipping scotch!
honey: 1/2 cup
  Preparation:

whip 2 c. heavy cream
warm 1/2 c. honey and stir into 1c. good scotch,
fold the above together, scoop into ramekins (for large parties, i have scooped it into foil muffin cups), and place in the freezer.
Serve as you would ice cream - this is light heaven.
Easily doubled, and depending on the size of your "scoops", stretches to accommodate large groups!
This amount makes about 24 muffin cups full.
