  • Baked french toast croissants - Preparation step 1Cut the croissant in halves and put the bottoms in a gratin dish.

  • Baked french toast croissants - Preparation step 3Pour half of the batter on top of the croissants. then, put the top of the croissants on top.
  • Baked french toast croissants - Preparation step 4Pour the rest of the batter in the dish. Sprinkle with sugar. Refrigerate 30 minutes. Then, preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).

  • Baked french toast croissants - Preparation step 6Remove from oven, leave to cool down a bit, sprinkle some extra icing sugar if you want to decorate it and there you are, ready for the brunch !
