2 bananas (peel the skin and sliced into 2)
1 tbsp of grated parmesan cheese
For The Batter
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1/4 cup rice flour
1 cup milk
1 egg
a pinch of salt
(Mix all these ingredients together)
Preparation:
Dip the bananas into the batter all over and place on a heated grill.
Grill all sides until brown in colour.
Put into a serving plate and immediately add the cheese on top before serving.
