Ingredients:
Pancake mix from supermarket
Bananas
Maple syrup

Preparation:
1. Follow the instruction and prepare the pancake mix, for crispier pancake, add more fresh milk to the mix.
2. Slice the bananas.
3. Heat the frying pan with some margarine/butter with medium heat.
4. Pour the pancake mix in to the pan.
5. Lay the banana slices on one side of the pancake mix.
6. When the base of the pancake turns golden brown, cut it into half and flip it to pan fry the other side till golden brown.
7. Serve it with maple syrup while still hot.
