  • Biscoff speculaas verrines - Preparation step 1Freeze the cream, mascarpone, whisk and bowl for 20 minutes before using.
    Whipe the cold cream with the cold mascarpone.
  • Biscoff speculaas verrines - Preparation step 2Melt 1 tablespoon of speculaas spread in microwave for 30 seconds. Combine with the whiped cream.
  • Biscoff speculaas verrines - Preparation step 3Crumble the speculaas cookies. Soak the lady fingers in milk and cut them in 3.
  • Biscoff speculaas verrines - Preparation step 4Put the crumbled speculaas cookies in the verrines. Cover with speculoos mousse, using a piping bag or a spoon.
  • Biscoff speculaas verrines - Preparation step 5Put a soaked lady finger slice on top and cover with mousse. Add some melted speculaas spread on top.
