Ingredients:
500 gr old bread
1,8 L milk
2 DL cream
cinnamon
rum
butter
1 vanilla pod
4 spoons of raisins
1 pack of vanilla pudding powder
4 spoons white sugar
4 spoons dark brown sugar

Preparation:
soak the bread in the half of the milk
add the cinnamon, rum, vanilla pad, white and brown sugar
let it soak till everything is soft
place everything in a pot and let it cook
add the rest of the milk, the cream and the vanille pudding powder
turn good in the mix
let it cook
grease a cake form in and poor the mix in it
(if you have baking paper it's lots easier)
bake for about 45 min in an oven on 180C°
